Letter to Advertisers:
April 11, 2016
I wish to take this opportunity to thank you, on behalf of all Shriners’ for your outstanding support of our 62nd Annual Shrine Maple Sugar Bowl Football Game. Because of your interest we were able to contribute to the Shriners’ Hospitals in Springfield, Boston, and Montreal.
The 63rd Annual Game will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Castleton University in Castleton VT for the 2nd year. The game will be held on the picturesque field inside Spartan Stadium. Preparations are already well underway. Your support of players and coaches for their commitment and dedication, to the past, as well as the future, is greatly appreciated.
We are hoping to exceed ad donations received last year and with your help we can do it. More than $5 million has been sent to the Shrine Hospitals for Children in our first 60 years.
It would help in compiling the ads for 2016 Game Program, if you could renew as early as possible. A copy of your 2015 ad can be viewed online --- see 2015 Game program below and look at the index to find your ad.
Please feel free to make any changes in your ad copy. Changes can be sent to us electronically at email@example.com, or by fax at 603-448-1092. Also, please print and complete the ad form, which can be found at the bottom of this page. The deadline for advertising is June 12, 2016. We would appreciate payment with your ad order as it would save us billing expenses and help us have more monies to dispense to our hospitals.
If you are new to advertising in our program or have not advertised in the last few years please complete the ad form and send us your ad copy electronically or by fax. (To download the ad form, please click on the link below this letter.)
I wish to thank you for your past and continued support of the Shrine Maple Sugar Bowl Football Game and through it the Shriners’ Hospitals for Children and the Shriners’ Burn Institutes.
Should you have any questions, please write the office or call 603-448-1042.
Again, we deeply appreciate your continued support.
2016 General Chairman
